In Wednesday's league outing, the Tina-Avalon Dragons (Tina, MO) basketball squad edged the host Hale Cardinals (Hale, MO), by a margin of 49-45.
The Dragons (6-10) will now prepare for their outing against Polo (Polo, MO). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 9-9 record. In their last outing, Polo was tipped by Worth County (Grant City, MO), 62-39, in a league outing.
The Cardinals now own a 14-10 record. They play next when they travel to Linn County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 15. Hale will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 77-32 league loss to Green City (Green City, MO). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-13.
