The Jacobs Golden Eagles basketball team (Algonquin, IL), dropped 40-29 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Prairie Ridge Wolves (Crystal Lake, IL)
The Wolves now possess a 25-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cary-Grove for a Fox Valley battle on Friday, February 11. Prairie Ridge will confront a Trojans team coming off a 48-35 league loss to Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 17-10.
The Golden Eagles (13-16) will now prepare for their battle against Hampshire (Hampshire, IL). The Whip-Purs come into the Fox Valley battle with a 8-19 record.
