The Albany Huskies (Albany, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Zimmerman Thunder (Zimmerman, MN), 76-51 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Huskies (18-1) will now prepare for their test against Pierz (Pierz, MN). The Pioneers go into the non-league test with a 5-14 record. In their last test, Pierz was trounced by Mora (Mora, MN), 58-49, in a non-league test.
The Thunder now own a 6-13 record. They play next when they host Denfeld for a non-league test on Saturday, February 11. Zimmerman will encounter a Hunters squad coming off a 87-70 non-league win over Two Harbors (Two Harbors, MN). The Hunters record now stands at 9-11.
