In Thursday's league match, the host Archbishop Alter Knights basketball team scored a tight 41-40 triumph over the Carroll Patriots.
In their next game, the Knights meet the Hamilton Big Blue (Hamilton, OH) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 11. Archbishop Alter will attempt to better on its 14-6 season record. The Big Blue enter the match with a 9-12 record after their 64-55 league win over Lakota West (West Chester, OH).
With the defeat, Carroll moves to 14-7 on the year.
