Brainerd Warriors (Brainerd, MN) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sauk Rapids-Rice Storm (Sauk Rapids, MN), 87-48 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Brainerd upgrades its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Fergus Falls (Fergus Falls, MN) to play the Otters in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Otters come into the bout with a record of 6-14. Fergus Falls lost 66-41 in their recent non-league bout against Bemidji (Bemidji, MN)

Next up, the Storm play the Becker Bulldogs (Becker, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Sauk Rapids-Rice will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 8-11 record after their 90-89 league loss to Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN).
