The Star International Academy Falcons basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Canton Preparatory Chargers to 44 in the Falcons league triumph on Thursday.

The Falcons now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Michigan Math & Science for a non-league contest on Monday, February 13. Star International Academy will meet a team coming off a 59-32 non-league loss to Merritt Academy (New Haven, MI). The record now stands at 1-1.

The Chargers (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Rudolf Steiner (Ann Arbor, MI). The Storm enter the non-league contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Rudolf Steiner was defeated by Taylor Prep (Taylor, MI), 48-41, in a non-league contest.
