Wisconsin High School Basketball - Colfax topped by Spring Valley

The Spring Valley Cardinals basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Colfax Vikings to 52 in the Cardinals league victory on Thursday.
The Cardinals now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mondovi for a Dunn-St. Croix contest on Tuesday, February 14. Spring Valley will battle a Buffaloes team coming off a 63-34 league win over Glenwood City (Glenwood City, WI). The Buffaloes record now stands at 7-13.
The Vikings (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Elk Mound (Elk Mound, WI). The Mounders come into the Dunn-St. Croix contest with a 15-4 record. In their last contest, Elk Mound prevailed over Boyceville (Boyceville, WI), 58-50, in a league contest.
