North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] Eagles (Walhalla, ND) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Larimore Polar Bears (Larimore, ND), 84-26 in a league bout.

With the win, North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Eagles host Park River (Park River, ND) to play the Aggies in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 16. The Aggies go into the bout with a record of 2-0.

Next up, the Polar Bears play the Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg Patriots (Mayville, ND) in a B Region 2 bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Larimore will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 57-37 league win over Cavalier (Cavalier, ND).
