Manheim Central Barons (Manheim, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Warwick Warriors (Lititz, PA), 65-56 in a league bout.

With the win, Manheim Central upgrades its record to 17-3 on the season. The Barons host Octorara Area (Atglen, PA) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Monday, February 13. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 16-6. Octorara Area won 61-56 in their recent non-league bout against Holy Ghost Prep (Bensalem, PA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Lampeter-Strasburg Pioneers (Lampeter, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 13. Warwick will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 18-4 record after their 51-40 league win over Cocalico (Denver, PA).
