Southern Door Eagles (Brussels, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sturgeon Bay Clippers (Sturgeon Bay, WI), 72-53 in a league bout.

With the win, Southern Door upgrades its record to 18-3 on the season. The Eagles host Algoma (Algoma, WI) to play the Wolves in a Packerland bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 6-13. Algoma lost 54-46 in their recent league bout against Peshtigo (Peshtigo, WI)

Next up, the Clippers play the Gibraltar Vikings (Fish Creek, WI) in a Packerland bout, on Monday, February 20. Sturgeon Bay will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record.
