The St. Anthony Yellowjackets basketball team (San Antonio, TX), was overwhelmed 62-37 in Thursday's league battle with the host TMI-Episcopal Panthers (San Antonio, TX)
The Panthers now possess a 25-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lutheran South Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 14. TMI-Episcopal will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 48-42 non-league loss to CHSA HomeSchool (Houston, TX). The Pioneers record now stands at 19-13.
The Yellowjackets (11-8) will now prepare for their battle against St. Joseph Academy (Brownsville, TX). The Bloodhounds come into the TAPPS 5A District 4 battle with a 21-6 record. In their last battle, St. Joseph Academy was overwhelmed by St. Augustine (Laredo, TX), 72-71, in a league battle.
