The Jefferson Bears basketball team (Monroe, MI), dropped 51-33 in Thursday's league battle with the host Airport Jets (Carleton, MI)
The Jets now possess a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grosse Ile for a Huron battle on Monday, February 13. Airport will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 39-26 league win over Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI). The Red Devils record now stands at 13-5.
The Bears (4-13) will now prepare for their battle against Riverview (Riverview, MI). The Pirates come into the Huron battle with a 16-2 record. In their last battle, Riverview beat Huron (New Boston, MI), 61-22, in a league battle.
