The Francis Scott Key Eagles basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Brunswick Railroaders to 41 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 17-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Carroll for a Carroll County contest on Friday, February 10. Francis Scott Key will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 45-41 league win over Century (Sykesville, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 6-10.
The Railroaders (3-14) will now prepare for their contest against Clear Spring (Clear Spring, MD). The Blazers come into the non-league contest with a 2-13 record. In their last contest, Clear Spring was defeated by Catoctin (Thurmont, MD), 53-34, in a league contest.
