The Cupertino Pioneers basketball team (Cupertino, CA), was toppled 49-29 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA)
The Chargers now possess a 10-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fremont for a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino battle on Tuesday, February 14. Wilcox will confront a Firebirds team coming off a 53-17 league win over Cupertino (Cupertino, CA). The Firebirds record now stands at 13-10.
The Pioneers (3-18) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain View (Mountain View, CA). The Spartans come into the Santa Clara Valley - El Camino battle with a 7-13 record. In their last battle, Mountain View beat Milpitas (Milpitas, CA), 47-44, in a league battle.
