In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Johnson-Brock Eagles basketball team scored a good 46-26 triumph over the Freeman Falcons.

In their next game, the Eagles meet the Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer Titans (Humboldt, NE) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 10. Johnson-Brock will attempt to better on its 17-5 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 6-16 record after their 47-35 non-league loss to Falls City (Falls City, NE).

With the defeat, Freeman moves to 11-11 on the year.
