The Largo Lions basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Potomac Wolverines to 51 in the Lions league victory on Thursday.

The Lions now sport a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bowie for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10. Largo will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 57-38 league win over Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-5.

The Wolverines (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against College Park Academy (Riverdale, MD). The come into the Freelance contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, College Park Academy was nudged by Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South (Upper Marlboro, MD), 52-10, in a league contest.
