West Virginia High School Basketball - Nitro overwhelms Poca

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Nitro Wildcats (Nitro, WV) and the host Poca The Dots (Poca, WV), saw Nitro's basketball squad wallop Poca by a count of 69-38.

With the victory, Nitro upgrades its record to 11-10 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Sissonville (Charleston, WV) to play the Indians in a Cardinal challenge on Saturday, February 11. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 9-10. Sissonville lost 46-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Ripley (Ripley, WV)

Next up, the The Dots play the Sissonville Indians (Charleston, WV) in a Cardinal challenge, on Monday, February 13. Poca will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 40-26 league win over Nitro (Nitro, WV).
