The Sequoyah Eagles basketball team (Claremore, OK), was overwhelmed 68-42 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Salina Wildcats (Salina, OK)

The Wildcats now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mounds for a non-league battle on Friday, February 10. Salina will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 43-15 league loss to Summit Christian Academy (Broken Arrow, OK). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 2-19.

The Eagles (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK). The Indians come into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Sequoyah was overwhelmed by Ada (Ada, OK), 52-38, in a league battle.
