In Thursday's non-league match, the host Niwot Cougars basketball team scored a good 52-44 triumph over the Mountain View Mountain Lions.
In their next game, the Cougars meet the Fort Morgan Mustangs (Fort Morgan, CO) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 14. Niwot will attempt to better on its 10-7 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 2-4 record after their 60-47 league loss to Riverdale Ridge (Thornton, CO).
With the defeat, Mountain View moves to 3-4 on the year.
