The Albemarle Patriots topped the visiting Orange County Fighting Hornets basketball team by a final score of 67-48 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Patriots face the Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 12. Albemarle will attempt to move on its 20-3 season record. The Black Knights enter the game with a 20-3 record after their 58-56 non-league win over Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA).
With the defeat, Orange County moves to 14-10 on the year.
