The Alberton Panthers (Alberton, MT) basketball knocked off the visiting St. Ignatius Bulldogs (St. Ignatius, MT), 66-46 in Friday's non-league test.
The Panthers (4-19) will now prepare for their test against Thompson Falls (Thompson Falls, MT). The Blue Hawks go into the non-league test with a 9-6 record. In their last test, Thompson Falls notched a victory over Troy (Troy, MT), 44-29, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 2-15 record. They play next when they travel to Plains for a B District 7 test on Friday, February 9. St. Ignatius will encounter a Horsemen squad coming off a 55-33 league win over Superior (Superior, MT). The Horsemen record now stands at 9-6.
