The Atoka Wampus Cats (Atoka, OK) basketball felled the host Antlers Bearcats (Antlers, OK), 63-53 in Friday's league test.
The Wampus Cats (14-6) will now prepare for their test against Tishomingo (Tishomingo, OK). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 7-12 record. In their last test, Tishomingo was beaten by Davis (Davis, OK), 52-42, in a non-league test.
The Bearcats now own a 7-14 record. They play next when they host Coalgate for a Freelance test on Tuesday, February 13. Antlers will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 26-19 non-league win over Colbert (Colbert, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-19.
