The ESTEM Mets basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the visiting Beebe Badgers to 36 in the Mets league victory on Friday.

The Mets now sport a 9-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vilonia for a 5A Central contest on Tuesday, February 13. ESTEM will battle a Eagles team coming off a 73-64 league win over ESTEM (Little Rock, AR). The Eagles record now stands at 16-6.

The Badgers (6-17) will now prepare for their contest against Sylvan Hills (Sherwood, AR). The Bears come into the 5A Central contest with a 12-10 record. In their last contest, Sylvan Hills triumphed over Catholic (Little Rock, AR), 54-52, in a league contest.
