The Bishop Canevin Crusaders topped the visiting Winchester Thurston basketball team by a final score of 47-32 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Crusaders face the Carlynton Cougars (Carnegie, PA) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 12. Bishop Canevin will attempt to move on its 13-9 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 6-13 record after their 53-38 league win over Cornell (Coraopolis, PA).

With the defeat, Winchester Thurston moves to 11-8 on the year.
