Texas High School Basketball - Holy Trinity Catholic overwhelmed by Reicher Catholic

The Reicher Catholic Cougars basketball team scored 92 points and restricted the host Holy Trinity Catholic Celtics to 50 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 24-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Texas Christian for a TAPPS 3A District 3 contest on Tuesday, February 13. Reicher Catholic will battle a Lions team coming off a 51-42 non-league win over Austin Waldorf (Austin, TX). The Lions record now stands at 4-18.
The Celtics (1-16) will now prepare for their contest against Brazos Christian (Bryan, TX). The Eagles come into the TAPPS 3A District 3 contest with a 16-5 record. In their last contest, Brazos Christian triumphed over Round Rock Christian Academy (Round Rock, TX), 58-53, in a league contest.
