The Boyle County Rebels basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Garrard County Golden Lions to 25 in the Rebels league triumph on Friday.

The Rebels now sport a 12-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Danville Christian Academy for a District 45 contest on Tuesday, February 13. Boyle County will battle a Warriors team coming off a 62-49 non-league win over Washington County (Springfield, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 18-5.

The Golden Lions (5-19) will now prepare for their contest against Marion County (Lebanon, KY). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 3-19 record. In their last contest, Marion County was routed by Highlands Latin (Louisville, KY), 76-73, in a non-league contest.
