North Carolina High School Basketball - Bradford Prep edges Mountain Island Charter

February 9, 2024: Mt. Holly, NC 28120

The Bradford Prep Bears (Charlotte, NC) basketball nipped the host Mountain Island Charter Raptor (Mt. Holly, NC), 50-46 in Friday's league test.

The Bears (13-8) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Eagles go into the 1A/2A Catawba Shores test with a 16-8 record. In their last test, Lincoln Charter got by Christ the King (Huntersville, NC), 53-38, in a league test.

The Raptor now own a 10-10 record. They play next when they host Pine Lake Prep for a 1A/2A Catawba Shores test on Tuesday, February 13. Mountain Island Charter will encounter a Pride squad coming off a 68-43 league loss to Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC). The Pride record now stands at 15-7.
