Kansas High School Basketball - Rural Vista [Hope/White City] fells Canton-Galva

Rural Vista [Hope/White City] Heat (Hope, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Canton-Galva Eagles (Canton, KS), 55-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Rural Vista [Hope/White City] upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Heat host Hartford (Hartford, KS) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 6-9. Hartford lost 64-33 in their recent non-league bout against Chase County (Cottonwood Falls, KS)

Next up, the Eagles play the Central Plains Oilers (Claflin, KS) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 15. Canton-Galva will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Oilers go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 67-29 non-league win over Ness City (Ness City, KS).
