Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Chugiak Mustangs (Chugiak, AK), 67-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Dimond upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Lynx host Service (Anchorage, AK) to play the Cougars in a 4A Cook Inlet bout on Monday, February 12. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 13-6. Service lost 57-40 in their recent league bout against Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Eagle River Wolves (Eagle River, AK) in a 4A Cook Inlet bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Chugiak will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 2-15 record after their 80-40 league loss to Bartlett (Anchorage, AK).
