The Collegiate Spartans basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Rose Hill Rockets to 42 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Andale for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Collegiate will battle a Indians team coming off a 70-39 non-league win over Clearwater (Clearwater, KS). The Indians record now stands at 11-4.
The Rockets (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wellington (Wellington, KS). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Wellington ran past El Dorado (El Dorado, KS), 67-60, in a non-league contest.
