The Winters Blizzards basketball team (Winters, TX), was nudged 46-39 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Colorado Wolves (Colorado City, TX)
The Wolves now possess a 8-23 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coleman for a 2A Region I District 8 battle on Tuesday, February 13. Colorado will confront a Bluecats team coming off a 49-37 league win over Roscoe (Roscoe, TX). The Bluecats record now stands at 9-18.
The Blizzards (12-19) will now prepare for their battle against Bangs (Bangs, TX). The Dragons come into the 2A Region I District 8 battle with a 0-27 record. In their last battle, Bangs was nudged by Miles (Miles, TX), 75-29, in a league battle.
