With the victory, Edna upgrades its record to 15-8 on the campaign. The Cowboys host Hallettsville (Hallettsville, TX) to play the Brahmas in a 3A Region IV District 25 bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Brahmas come into the bout with a record of 16-16. Hallettsville won 49-38 in their recent league bout against Palacios (Palacios, TX)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Rice Consolidated Raiders (Altair, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 25 bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Columbus will attempt to upgrade on its 18-10 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 23-10 record after their 68-64 league loss to Yoakum (Yoakum, TX).
