The Dalhart Wolves (Dalhart, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Tulia Hornets (Tulia, TX), 61-42 in Friday's league test.

The Wolves (12-10) will now prepare for their test against Canadian (Canadian, TX). The Wildcats go into the 3A Region I District 1 test with a 17-4 record. In their last test, Canadian notched a victory over River Road (Amarillo, TX), 53-44, in a league test.

The Hornets now own a 8-20 record. They play next when they host Bushland for a 3A Region I District 1 test on Tuesday, February 13. Tulia will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 53-47 league win over Spearman (Spearman, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 16-10.
