The Sapulpa Chieftains basketball team (Sapulpa, OK), was toppled 64-46 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Edison Eagles (Tulsa, OK)
The Eagles now possess a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Memorial for a 5A District 4 battle on Tuesday, February 13. Edison will confront a Chargers team coming off a 59-54 league win over Durant (Durant, OK). The Chargers record now stands at 16-6.
The Chieftains (10-10) will now prepare for their battle against McAlester (McAlester, OK). The Buffaloes come into the 5A District 4 battle with a 2-17 record. In their last battle, McAlester was toppled by Holland Hall (Tulsa, OK), 75-35, in a league battle.
