Salem Blue Devils (Salem, NH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Exeter Blue Hawks (Exeter, NH), 54-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Salem upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Blue Devils host Keene (Keene, NH) to play the Blackbirds in a Division I bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Blackbirds go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Keene won 74-72 in their recent league bout against Nashua South (Nashua, NH)

Next up, the Blue Hawks play the Spaulding Red Raiders (Rochester, NH) in a Division I game, on Tuesday, February 13. Exeter will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record.
