With the victory, McGregor upgrades its record to 7-14 on the campaign. The Mercuries travel to Hill City (Hill City, MN) to play the Hornets in a A Section 7 challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 9-11. Hill City lost 68-55 in their recent league challenge against Cook County (Grand Marais, MN)

Next up, the Polar Bears play the Barnum Bombers (Barnum, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 12. Floodwood will attempt to upgrade on its 0-17 season record. The Bombers come into the challenge with a 15-6 record after their 71-58 non-league loss to Carlton/Wrenshall (Carlton, MN).
