The Geneva Vikings basketball team scored 53 points and held the host St. Charles East Fighting Saints to 37 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 15-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crystal Lake South for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 10. Geneva will meet a Gators team coming off a 74-28 league win over Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL). The Gators record now stands at 25-2.

The Fighting Saints (8-19) will now prepare for their contest against Mundelein (Mundelein, IL). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 9-20 record. In their last contest, Mundelein was outscored by Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL), 60-52, in a league contest.
