McBee Panthers (McBee, SC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Governor's School for Science & Math Eagles (Hartsville, SC), 84-26 in a league bout.

With the win, McBee upgrades its record to 13-9 on the season. The Panthers host Calhoun Falls Charter (Calhoun Falls, SC) to clash with the Blue Flashes in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 14. The Blue Flashes go into the bout with a record of 11-11. Calhoun Falls Charter lost 51-38 in their recent league bout against Dixie (Due West, SC)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Great Falls Red Devils (Great Falls, SC) in a A Region 3 bout, on Saturday, February 10. Governor's School for Science & Math will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 63-57 league loss to C.A. Johnson (Columbia, SC).
