In Friday's league outing, the Lakes Eagles (Lake Villa, IL) basketball squad edged the visiting Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL), by a margin of 40-38.
The Eagles (13-15) will now prepare for their outing against Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL). The Bulldogs go into the Northern Lake County outing with a 9-15 record.
The Knights now own a 8-20 record. They play next when they host North Chicago for a Northern Lake County outing on Tuesday, February 13. Grayslake North will clash with a Warhawks squad coming off a 73-57 league loss to Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL). The Warhawks record now stands at 2-27.
