The Shawsheen Valley Tech Rams (Billerica, MA) basketball knocked off the host Greater Lawrence Tech Reggies (Andover, MA), 49-41 in Friday's league test.

The Rams (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Whittier RVT (Haverhill, MA). The Wildcats go into the Commonwealth - Upper test with a 4-11 record. In their last test, Whittier RVT went down by Amesbury (Amesbury, MA), 65-61, in a non-league test.

The Reggies now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lynn Vo-Tech for a Commonwealth - Upper test on Tuesday, February 13. Greater Lawrence Tech will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 71-62 non-league win over Boston English (Boston, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 14-2.
