High School Basketball - Heartland Christian nudges Varsity Opponent

In Friday's non-league outing, the Heartland Christian Saints (New Castle, IN) basketball squad edged the host Varsity Opponent (, ), by a count of 55-48.
The Saints (22-7) will now prepare for their outing against St. Sebastian's Soldiers HomeSchool (Marion, IN). The Soldiers go into the non-league outing with a 0-7 record. In their last outing, St. Sebastian's Soldiers HomeSchool was tipped by Emmanuel Christian (Wabash, IN), 36-10, in a non-league outing.
The now hold a 403-1465 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbus Christian for a non-league game on Friday, February 9. Varsity Opponent will face a Crusaders team coming off a 69-66 non-league win over Shawe Memorial (Madison, IN). The Crusaders record now stands at 11-14.
