The Humboldt Wildcats routed the host Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets basketball team by a score of 89-67 in Friday's league contest.
The Wildcats now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gilbert for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Humboldt will battle a Tigers team coming off a 78-42 league win over Carlisle (Carlisle, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-10.
The Cadets (5-16) will now prepare for their contest against East Marshall (Le Grand, IA). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 7-14 record. In their last contest, East Marshall triumphed over West Marshall (State Center, IA), 49-47, in a non-league contest.
