In Friday's league match, the visiting North Laurel Jaguars basketball team scored a good 57-48 triumph over the Jackson County Generals.
In their next game, the Jaguars meet the Middlesboro Yellowjackets (Middlesboro, KY) in a non-league match, on Monday, February 12. North Laurel will attempt to better on its 12-13 season record.
With the defeat, Jackson County moves to 11-13 on the year. The Generals host Bell County (Pineville, KY) to meet the Bobcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 13. The Bobcats enter the match with a record of 19-4.
