Iowa High School Basketball - Southeast Polk knocked off by Johnston

The Johnston Dragons basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Southeast Polk Rams to 41 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Friday.
The Dragons now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hoover for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 10. Johnston will battle a Huskies team coming off a 62-57 league loss to Des Moines North (Des Moines, IA). The Huskies record now stands at 1-15.
The Rams (6-15) will now prepare for their contest against Waukee (Waukee, IA). The Warriors enter the Central Iowa Metro - East contest with a 15-8 record. In their last contest, Waukee was defeated by Valley (Elgin, IA), 76-62, in a non-league contest.
