Mississippi High School Basketball - Northeast Lauderdale can't hold off Leake Central

The Leake Central Gators basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Northeast Lauderdale Trojans to 48 in the Gators non-league victory on Friday.
The Gators now sport a 11-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Pontotoc for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Leake Central will battle a Cougars team coming off a 43-40 non-league loss to New Albany (New Albany, MS). The Cougars record now stands at 20-8.
The Trojans (18-9) will now prepare for their contest against New Albany (New Albany, MS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 16-9 record. In their last contest, New Albany edged South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS), 43-40, in a non-league contest.
