The Linden Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Swartz Creek Dragons to 49 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fenton for a Flint Metro contest on Friday, February 16. Linden will meet a Tigers team coming off a 80-74 league win over Kearsley (Flint, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 14-5.
The Dragons (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Davison (Davison, MI). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, Davison nudged Saginaw (Saginaw, MI), 106-86, in a league contest.
