The Miami Valley Christian Academy Lions (Cincinnati, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting Lockland Panthers (Lockland, OH), 56-48 in Friday's league test.

The Lions (12-8) will now prepare for their test against Middletown Christian (Franklin, OH). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 3-17 record. In their last test, Middletown Christian went down by West Jefferson (West Jefferson, OH), 49-40, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Madeira for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13. Lockland will encounter a MUSTANGS/AMAZONS squad coming off a 59-57 league win over Deer Park (Cincinnati, OH). The MUSTANGS/AMAZONS record now stands at 6-14.
