The Lyndon Institute Vikings basketball team (Lyndon Center, VT), was nudged 77-73 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Spaulding Crimson Tide (Barre, VT)

The Crimson Tide now possess a 3-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to U-32 for a non-league battle on Monday, February 12. Spaulding will battle a Raiders team coming off a 64-61 league win over Randolph (Randolph, VT). The Raiders record now stands at 7-9.

The Vikings (4-12) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Region (Orleans, VT). The Rangers come into the Capital battle with a 8-9 record. In their last battle, Lake Region was nudged by Hazen (Hardwick, VT), 58-38, in a non-league battle.
