Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Waterloo Vikings (Atwater, OH) and the visiting McKinley Trojans (Sebring, OH), witnessed Waterloo's basketball squad topple McKinley by a margin of 51-41.

The Vikings (14-5) will now prepare for their test against Rootstown (Rootstown, OH). The Rovers go into the non-league test with a 4-14 record. In their last test, Rootstown notched a victory over Southeast (Ravenna, OH), 66-64, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 5-16 record. They play next when they travel to Chalker for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13. McKinley will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 81-35 league loss to Pymatuning Valley (Andover, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-16.
