With the win, Mineral Springs upgrades its record to 6-10 on the season. The Hornets travel to Murfreesboro (Murfreesboro, AR) to play the Rattlers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Rattlers go into the bout with a record of 17-7. Murfreesboro lost 67-60 in their recent non-league bout against Lafayette County (Stamps, AR)

Next up, the Lions play the Dierks Outlaws (Dierks, AR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Mount Ida will attempt to upgrade on its 7-15 season record. The Outlaws go into the bout with a 15-9 record after their 48-43 non-league loss to Kirby (Kirby, AR).
